Jeffrey is a Partner and Director of Strategic Ventures at Chemistry in Singapore. He is charged with exploring Blue-sky activities on behalf of the organisation. Previously he was a lecturer at UNSW, Peer of the Australia Council for the Arts, Assistant Director at the National Gallery Singapore, an interaction designer at OMA, and helped open the London Office for KesselsKramer. He has degrees in Fine Art, Design, and earned his PhD in Engineering Sciences at the National University of Singapore.

Megan is Co-Founder & CEO at Neurum Health and she is excited about meaningful changes in psychiatric and neurological disorders. Bruce is an assistant professor in the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He research focuses on technology-mediated experience design that supports human flourishing. He builds bridges between the academic world and business. In particular, he addresses challenges that impede the design process in co-design practice. He is dedicated to educating a new breed of designer for service innovation. He is currently working on the co-design process for technology-mediated experiences in tourism, leisure, service innovation and social design.

Day 2 will be led by Adam Lawrence, where we will collectively Design For Impact.
The Service Design guru, and Co-Author of 'This Is Service Design Doing' will use his background in psychology and acting to spark moments of transformative learning. Attendees will experience a shift in understanding and feel both activated and able to affect change.
Adam is co-founder of WorkPlayExperience, and co-initiator of the Global Service Jam - the world’s biggest ever service design event (so far). He is a co-author of the top selling book, This is Service Design Doing.
